AdventHealth has named Rob Deininger as president and CEO of AdventHealth Orlando.

Deininger has been with AdventHealth since 2010 and most recently served as president/CEO for AdventHealth Fish Memorial in Orange City. He previously served as vice president of operations for AdventHealth Orlando.

Before starting his career in health care, Deininger spent 12 years in commercial aviation. He earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in technology from Andrews University.

Deininger, who assumes the role November 9, replaces Brett Spenst, who recently accepted a position with California-based Adventist Health.
