A concept called “The Great Greek” has signed on for a space in the Skyhouse apartment building at 335 N. Magnolia Avenue [GMap].
The Great Greek restaurant has filed paperwork for new signage with the City of Orlando which brought them to our attention.
There is a Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Winter Garden that we’ve reached out to for more information to see if the projects are related but we had not heard back by the time of this post.
Prior to this use, the space was home to a short-lived pizzeria called Your Pie that closed in June 2017 followed by BITE, which stood for “Be Inspired To Eat” which didn’t last that long either.
