Treasured Adventures Florida (Facebook | Website) is a new treasure hunt-hosting event company that is launching on November 14 with a massive $20,000 prize package.

The inaugural adventure, entitled “A Witch Hunt in Orange County: The Northern Star’s Demise” is being touted as a socially-distanced experience for small groups to enjoy while traipsing around the area solving clues, riddles, and searching for a hidden treasure and a chance to walk away with a $20,000 grand prize.

Groups of up to six people can sign up to participate for a $99 fee, with children aged 12 and under allowed to participate for free, without counting against the six-person limit. Once registered, the groups will be invited to a private Facebook group where they will be given the clues to kick-off their adventure at 8 a.m. the day of the event, before being directed to locations all across Orange County.

The first group to locate the treasure will be declared the winner and receive the $20,000 grand prize. According to a press release issued by local firm Designzillas, there will be smaller prizes and giveaways for teams that don’t manage to place first as well.

  1. I like outdoor activities. Discovering a treasure is really awesome. However, it is too cold now. I’ll have to wait till spring. I hate it.
