Kabooki Sushi (Facebook | Website) has been hard at work expanding its original location at 3122 E. Colonial Drive [GMap] during the pandemic and it’s finally ready to serve again.

The new 3,000 SF restaurant has essentially doubled in space, with a full (porcelain) bar, more intimate, spaced-out seating, and a new late-night menu.

Kabooki will enter a soft-open phase this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and will be open for seven days a week for dinner only, starting this Sunday.

Kabooki Sushi’s Henry Moso earned a James Beard Foundation Award nomination for Rising Chef of the Year in 2019 for chefs who are under 30 years old or younger.
