Tim Majors of Major Investments is selling his property in Ivanhoe Village.
Majors’ three properties at 2000, 2008, and 2010 N. Orange Avenue are all listed for sale on LoopNet HERE for $13 million. Majors opened his car storage building/lounge/rooftop venue in May 2017 and then expanded to his Ivanhoe campus with the acquisition of the nearby former home of Bargain Box Thrift Store in 2019.
No announcement has been made via the M Bar/Lounge teams as to what that means for ongoing operations.
The buildings can be bought in bulk for $13 million or sold separately.
