Winter Park Village (Website) is slated to get a multi-million renovation in 2021.

The mixed-use development was built 20 years ago by Ohio-based Casto Lifestyle Properties (Website) who have decided it’s well overdue for some updates – including better lighting, wider pedestrian pathways, and plenty of placemaking magic applied to the whole property including new pocket parks and outdoor games, reminiscent of Disney Springs.

The current budget for the project is roughly $50 million at the moment but that could change as they move forward, according to a report by Orlando Sentinel‘s Laura Kinsler.

Charlan Brock Architects (Website) is responsible for the attached renderings.

Construction is expected to begin next year.
