A longtime pop-up chef, Bruno Fonseca, has just announced a new brick and mortar project in Audubon Park.

As first reported by Faiyaz Kara for Orlando Weekly, Chef Fonseca will be opening an omakase-style restaurant in a 954 SF storefront at 3124 Corrine Drive [GMap], backed by local restaurateurs Johnny and Jimmy Tung of Omei Restaurant Group.

Based on his popular Foreigner Experience series, Chef Fonseca will be transforming the space into a 10-seat chefs table setup surrounding a central prep space. Prices will fun between $100-$150 for a seven-course meal with options for drink pairings.

The Foreigner (he’s dropping “Experience” from the name) is expected to open in spring 2021 but the pop-up dinners will continue to be hosted until the opening. You can book your tickets to the pop-ups by clicking HERE.
