A new shared office space has opened in downtown Orlando’s new SunTrust Plaza at Church Street Station.
The new e|spaces (Website) occupies 30,000 SF on the 13th floor of the new SunTrust Plaza building, located at 333 S. Garland Avenue [GMap] – we first told you about the new coworking space moving into the building HERE in April 2018.
Coworkers can take advantage of the new SunRail platform, which was built into the bottom floor of the new 28-story building, which opened in 2020, as well as free parking, a private cafe, meeting rooms, in-house notary services, a podcast studio, and more.

The Downtown Orlando Partnership announced that it would be relocating its offices to the new coworking pace just last week.
