The Municipal Planning Board has just approved a submitted master plan that calls for a 19-story mixed-use tower to be constructed in downtown Orlando that will allow for co-living arrangements.
Plans for The Signature building include 182 living units and 14,100+ SF of office and commercial space, as well as a new 252-space parking garage for property located behind the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center at 401 S. Rosalind Avenue [GMap].
The plans call for a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments that will be leased by the bedroom for roughly $1,000 per month which will cover internet, laundry, and utilities. Cleaning services will also be available for an additional $25 a month.
Other features include a sixth-floor private dog park, an outdoor yoga area, and in-house coworking spaces.
The project must now receive a Major Certificate of Appearance Review to move forward and apply for building permits.

Rent by the bedroom, so a working-adult dormitory? 😂
My departure from The Grande is now certain
It says behind dpac, but there are apartments, church and parking garage behind the theater,so how is this possible?
Well, demolition for one.
They don’t charge extra for color . Just sayin.
If they are leasing by the bedroom how do they handle a couple?
When does this complex expected to be finished?
We don’t have a timeline yet as they still have a couple of more hoops to jump through.
