RENDERING VIA THE CITY OF ORLANDO

The Municipal Planning Board has just approved a submitted master plan that calls for a 19-story mixed-use tower to be constructed in downtown Orlando that will allow for co-living arrangements.

Plans for The Signature building include 182 living units and 14,100+ SF of office and commercial space, as well as a new 252-space parking garage for property located behind the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center at 401 S. Rosalind Avenue [GMap].

The plans call for a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments that will be leased by the bedroom for roughly $1,000 per month which will cover internet, laundry, and utilities. Cleaning services will also be available for an additional $25 a month.

Other features include a sixth-floor private dog park, an outdoor yoga area, and in-house coworking spaces.

The project must now receive a Major Certificate of Appearance Review to move forward and apply for building permits.
