Will’s Pub (Facebook | Instagram) has just opened a new kitchen.
The new food service was added in partnership with the folks at Swine and Sons (Facebook | Website) in Winter Park, with all foods being prepped off-site and then assembled at Will’s for each order, by former Dexter’s sous-chef, Shawn Bayne.
The menu, which you can see below, includes items like boiled peanuts, pickled vegetables, and dehydrated green beans as well as pressed falafel sandwiches, burgers, and pulled pork.
Will’s Pub is located at 1042 N. Mills Avenue [GMap] in the Mills 50 District and food service is available 4-10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Masks are required to order and seating has been added outdoors in the adjacent Dirty Laundry patio area.
