Orlando Fringe (Facebook | Website) has just launched a new fundraising program aimed at filling seats with cardboard cutouts.
Festival supporters can pay $50 for a custom 2’6-inch x 1’6-inch cardboard cutout that will be used to occupy a seat in a Fringe venue to encourage social distancing in the theater. Donors can request multiple cutouts and specific venues for an added fee.
Fringe patrons will be able to take their cutouts home once the festival has ended.
