A new brewery will be opening in the former South Street Coin Laundry space at 2807 E. South Street [GMap].
Twelve Talons Beerworks (Facebook) hasn’t announced a timeline for the new space but they’ve been hosting collaborative releases for a while now, including tapping kegs at places like Rockpit Brewing (a Chocolate Orange Russian Imperial) and Broken Strings Brewery (a Broken Bones Scotch Barrel-Aged Barleywine).
The effort is being spearheaded by Travis Smith, who has previously worked at both Deadly Sins and Orlando Brewing and co-owner Danny Diaz who also has an extensive background in the brewing world.
A timeline for the new brewery has not been made public at this time.
