A new 247-unit residential project is about to break ground on the edge of Maitland and Winter Park.
The five-story, mid-rise Aventon Gem Lake will be adjoined to the Ravaudage property on the northwestern corner of 17-92 and Lee Road, in a neighborhood being referred to as the “Gem Lake Water District.”
The apartments in the Aventon Gem Lake will range in size from one-bedroom to three-bedrooms and the project will have more than 12,000 SF of indoor amenity space, including a fitness center, yoga studio, remote work offices, and remote communication spaces. A pet spa, coffee bar, indoor/outdoor private dining room, and pool-side social lounge are also planned.
An estimated completion date was not made public at the time of this post.
