The club is designed to serve as a community hub associated with Orange Center Elementary School, an early childhood learning center, and a wellness hub for neighborhoods surrounding Camping World Stadium and is designed to separate active areas between the younger children on the first floor, and the teens upstairs.

Other program areas include a dance/aerobic studio, a commercial kitchen, music rooms, art studios, technology labs on both floors, and a full-size gymnasium with a stage for performances.
