The next Cadburry Bunny is a treefrog from Orlando.

The one-year-old Betty is an Australian White’s Treefrog is in the care of UCF student Kaitlyn Vidal, who is in town studying speech-language pathology. Betty is actually one of four frogs that live with Vidal and was “rescued” from a local pet shop according to a report by FOX 35.

The frog was submitted to the contest by Vidal, in part of an annual competition hosted by Cadbury to find the new reigning Easter posterchild for its tasty goodies. Betty was one of 12,000 applicants.

So yeah, that’s today’s news. We’re going to go have a beer now.
