An old 15,500+ SF warehouse in Parramore will soon have a new look.

A new brewery and food truck concept is being planned for a warehouse at 639 W. Robinson Street [GMap] and is scheduled to go before the City’s Municipal Planning Board on April 20. A pre-screening review on February 22, 2021, approved an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow alcohol beverage sales within 1,000 feet of an established church and school.

Paul Twyford, the owner of Bear and Peacock Brewery, told Bungalower earlier today that both the brewery and Winter Park Distilling Company had signed on to move their distilled spirits and craft beer production facilities to the new building later this year. The brewstillery and taproom, currently located in Winter Park, are expected to close on April 25, 2021, and then reopen in their new home in the fall of 2021.

The new location is just blocks away from Creative Village and the Exploria Stadium and will feature a small taproom for customers to enjoy products created on-site as well as multiple spaces for food tucks to park in an outdoor beer garden.
