HOPR Bikes (Website), the local mobility app/bike-share company, has just announced that it will cease operations in Orlando by the end of the month.
The announcement was made late last week to HOPR app users, sharing that the company would not be offering services after April 16, 2021, which is when its original bike-share permit with the City of Orlando is scheduled to expire.
Individuals who paid for an annual membership may be eligible for a partial, pro-rated refund that will be issued within 30 days of the request, through May 31, 2021. You can ask for a refund by emailing [email protected].
HOPR bikes will be available for purchase starting at $199 apiece, which you can inquire about by emailing the above address.
