The Orange County Regional History Center (Facebook | Website) has just launched a new fundraiser for its “HERstory: Women in History Internship Fund.”
The paid internship program was founded during the inaugural Women’s History Month Celebration breakfast in March 2020 and is focused on researching diverse women’s history stories. It employs students that are interested in pursuing careers in public history, history, public administration, education, museums, and related fields.
Those who would like to support the fundraiser via THIS LINK can also send a 50-word message and a photo for the History Center to honor in an online gallery in time for Mother’s Day.
