FOX 35'S DAVID MARTIN HANGING OUT WITH A CAMEL PHOTO VIA HOLY LAND EXPERIENCE

The Holy Land Experience (Facebook | Website) will reopen for two free days on April 28 and 29 for the first time since they shut down due to the pandemic.

The Christian-themed park, owned by Trinity Broadcasting Networks, closed in March 2020 just as the pandemic began, preceded by a mass layoff of its entertainment staff when it announced that it would be discontinuing its theatrical programming.

The park is required to host one free admission day a year to keep its tax-exempt status, and the annual event always draws large crowds.

The park will close to the public following the two free admission days, “due to ongoing pandemic and economic concerns.”

The Holy Land Experience is located at 4655 Vineland Road [GMap].
