The folks at Tactical Brewing (Facebook | Website) are giving us something we never knew we needed; pho-flavored beer. Or, pho-lavored beer?
The Baldwin Park-based brewery will be releasing PhoSho, a Pho-inspired gose featuring pho spices like Thai basil, lime, and jalapenos, in a special collaboration with local foodies, Viet-Nomz (Facebook | Website).
The beer had previously won a People’s Choice award and Judge’s Choice at the Florida Smash Beer Fest (Facebook | Website) earlier this year.
The bottle release will take place at noon on Friday, May 7 with Viet-Nomz food truck attending from 6-9 p.m.
