The grand opening of Westminster Baldwin Park, a roughly 180,000 SF addition to the existing senior living community, has been announced for Wednesday, May 5.
We first covered the expansion plans for the development located at 2837 Lake Baldwin Lane [GMap], HERE in January 2016.
The development now includes a total of 155 apartments and residences and 40 beds for short-term rehabilitation in the Phase I and II sites. The second phase features three additional residential buildings with 75 apartment homes close to downtown Baldwin Park and Lake Baldwin.
Residents started moving into the community this past month and are expected to continue moving in through the beginning of June.
