Ding Tea (Website) has just signed a lease at the Radius building in downtown Orlando.
The Radius (Website), located at 108 E. Livingston Street [GMap], is still under construction, but when complete will rise 13 stories into the sky and feature 389 residential units as well as groundfloor retail.
Ding Tea will be located in one of the groundfloor storefronts, according to agents from ACRE Commercial, who represented the transaction. Ding Tea will feature an assortment of Taiwanese teas ranging from fruit milk blends to classic matcha and is slated to open in Q3 of 2021.
