Owners of empty Ivanhoe building get creative to lease property

The former home of Harmon Photo in Ivanhoe Village has been vacant for a few years now and the owners are starting to get a little creative in the hopes of an eventual sale.

S&B Holdings Group LLC, which purchased the land in 2018, plans to add a rooftop deck to the vacant retail space and change it to a restaurant/bar use to make it easier to find a new tenant – if the improvements are approved by the City of Orlando.

The 0.33-acre lot is located on the corner of Virginia Drive and Orange Avenue at 1323 N. Orange Avenue [GMap], just across the street from Gaston Edwards Park, the new home of Gnarly Barley, the Lake House, and The Yard at Ivanhoe.
