The former home of the CityArts Factory at 29 S. Orange Avenue [GMap] was recently purchased by a New York-based company.

The 18,000 SF building sold to the new owners, who are doing business as Positively Pine Street LP, for an estimated $5 million, but they have yet to share what they plan to do with the space.

CityArts, a gallery run by the Downtown Arts District, moved out of the building in 2018 and into the historic Rogers Kiene Building just up the street, leaving their previous home empty for the last few years, other than the occasional pop-up and SAK Comedy Lab, which is located on the second floor.
