According to paperwork filed with the City of Orlando, a developer is looking to replat two lots in the SoDo District to allow for the future development of a new Nautique dealership at 2300 S. Division Avenue [GMap].
Nautique (Website) is a boat manufacturer that specializes in world-class wake boats for wakeboarding, wake surfing, and water skiing sports and regularly ranks at the top of “Best Boat” surveys each year.
The project is still in the early stages of development and a timeline was not public at the time of this post.
