We told you HERE in June that the owners of the recently closed Luma on Park were suing their previous landlords in a seeming attempt to get their old restaurant space back and could have potentially kept the new tenant, Ava MediterrAegean from opening, but it seems that fear can be put to rest.

According to a report by Orlando Weekly, two lawsuits between landlord BFC Park Avenue and the Park Lights Hospitality Group have ended via mediation.

Now that the legal stuff is out of the way, new tenant Ava MediterrAegean (Instagram | Facebook) is still expected to open in the former bank building at 290 S. Park Avenue [GMap] before the end of the year.
