The owners of Light On The Sugar (Website), husband-and-wife team Yixi Qui and Wen Pan, have just announced the opening of a second location this fall.
The new bakery will be located at 501 Orlando Avenue [GMap] in Winter Park, in the same plaza as Bento Asian Kitchen and Sushi, Blaze Pizza, and LA Fitness.
The new shop will feature scratch-made cream puffs, macarons, and crepe cakes with a rotating menu of seasonal flavors of creme brulee, ube cheesecake, and matcha. The shop will also offer specialty drinks like Lychee Rose Lemonade, the Tiger Sugar Latte, and the Tiramisu Float.
Light on the Sugar will be available for delivery on UberEats and Doordash and is expected to open in time for Thanksgiving 2021.
The team also recently opened a new bakery in the former Blue Bird Bake Shop storefront at 3122 Corrine Drive [GMap] next to Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream across from East End Market in Audubon Park.
