WE ARE 80 PERCENT SURE THE NAME OF THE STREET HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH VIDAL SASSOON

A developer is pitching a new residential project for East Orlando, tucked behind Baldwin Park on Sasoon Avenue, just up the street from the long-awaited veggie food hub at Fort Pitt.

The project, which is currently scheduled to be presented to the Municipal Planning Board on November 16th, would transform a currently vacant parcel at 1343 Sasoon Avenue [GMap] into a residential project with 208 multifamily units and 29 townhomes.

The project is just a few blocks south of Lake Baldwin and just outside of the planned community of Baldwin Park with easy access to the Cady Way Trail, Semoran Boulevard, and the 408.

We have copies of the renderings below but they are likely to change before construction if approved by the City of Orlando.
