This year’s Orlando Film Festival (Facebook | Website) is returning to in-person programming following a move to streaming features during the pandemic and will take place at the CMX Plaza Cinema Cafe in downtown Orlando from October 28-November 4.

The event will feature over 200 films from around the world including a film by local Emmy-winning filmmaker and long-time UCF media producer, Aaron Hosé, called “One Pint at a Time.”

This film, which was part of Hosé’s graduate studies, and explores how Black-owned breweries make up less than 1% of the nearly 9,000 breweries in operation in the country and how Black brewers, brand owners, and influencers across the country are working to shift the historical perception of who makes and drinks beer.
