Spoleto – My Italian Kitchen, which closed in early 2020, is back. Kind of.
The fast-casual restaurant chain closed all of its Central Florida locations early on in the pandemic, including the Winter Park location at 349 N. Orlando Avenue [GMap]. Now the brand will take on a second life as a ghost kitchen at the Dollins Food Hall in West Orlando, which specializes in small kitchens for delivery-focused brands and is even home to that White Castle kitchen we told you about before.
Spoleto is expected to be open for delivery sometime this week.
