A new mixed-use office building is being planned for property adjacent to East End Market on Corrine Drive.
The half-acre parcel, which would be annexed to the City of Winter Park, currently features two single-family, mid-century homes that would be demolished to build new two-story offices for the expanding SLA Management (Website), which specializes in school meal provisions.
The project first came on our radar in 2020 when it was part of a residential development that would be facing nearby Northwood, though that may be framed as another phase of the project. We had not confirmed that with the developer at the time of this post.
