Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy (Website) fast food concept is scheduled to open on Thursday, December 2.

We told you HERE that the “all-natural, fresh chicken tender” concept would be opening in the former Steak ‘n Shake building at 818 S. Orlando Avenue [GMap], next door to Chick-Fil-A and PDQ in Winter Park. It’s why we started calling that stretch of town the “Chicken Strip.”

The chain is known for chicken tenders and sandwiches and for having a wide variety of sauces.

An exact opening time has not been made public.
