Hinckley’s Fancy Meats (Instagram | Website), the trendy deli/meat counter in the East End Market, will be serving up a special Scandinavian-inspired meal package for the holidays – following in the footsteps of its sold-out exotic meat comfort food series last February.
The Viking Christmas dinner package will feature whole roasted lamb, elk Swedish meatballs and gravy, Brussel’s sprouts with bacon lardons, sweet and sour braised red cabbage with apples, mashed root vegetables, and Swedish spice cake by Chef Crystal.
Quarts of glögg are available to purchase as well.
The meals are available HERE for purchase for $100.
Orders will be ready for pickup at 10 a.m. Friday, December 24 and the shop closes at 7 p.m. and will remain closed on Christmas Day.
