Popular downtown venue, Soundbar (Facebook | Instagram) just announced that it has closed, effective immediately.
Known for hosting a variety of live music performances, Soundbar posted on its social media platforms earlier today saying the closure was due to a prolonged legal battle with its landlord.

According to another post on their channels, all upcoming Soundbar performances will be moving to other venues or canceled.
Soundbar opened in the former home of Backbooth in 2018 at 37 W. Pine Street [GMap].
According to their announcement, Soundbar management hopes to open in a new “… bigger, better, cleaner location to create new memories in.”
