The Orlando Police Department is looking to hire a Public Information Manager, who would be responsible for public and media relations for all internal and external communications for the force.

Responsibilities also include serving as a secondary spokesperson for the Chief of Police and the department, responding to media inquiries, coordinating press conferences and appearances by the Chief, composing talking points and press releases for all police-related activities and incidents, and monitoring local and regional news sources for topics of interest the OPD.

Salary is listed at $67,184-$85,654 per year.
