Pom Pom’s Teahouse and Sandwicheria (Facebook Website)  will be host to a special Thai food pop-up featuring the talents of Chef Asawin “AJ” Jockkeaw of Meng’s Kitchen (Facebook Website) and Chef Jack Jone (Tawa Chavitranurak) of Sea Thai (Facebook | Website) on Monday, February 7.

Pom Pom’s has been opening its kitchen to third-party pop-up operators since early in the pandemic when the owner, Pom Moongauklang, was faced with staffing shortages and closing on Mondays. Rather than letting her kitchen sit idle, she decided to open it to pop-up chefs so they could use her kitchen and her dining room.

The collaborative pop-up this Monday will run from 6-10 p.m. with dine-in and takeout options available. Bungalower was invited to preview the menu earlier this week and you can see some of the dishes that will be available in the video below.
