The City of Orlando’s Transportation Department will be hosting a public open house on Thursday, March 10 from 5-7 p.m. at Venture X in downtown Orlando.
The event will provide input on the design of the last couple of miles remaining in the Downtown Loop – a multi-use project, that will connect to an 8.5-mile trail that loops through the downtown area.
The trail will consist of a mix of sidewalk-level and street-level cycle tracks, dedicated bus/bike lanes, and wide sidewalks along Washington Street, Magnolia Avenue, Pine Street, Eola Drive, and Summerlin Avenue.
The event will feature a short project video, illustrated renderings of the project, and staff who will be on-hand to answer any questions and listen to any feedback you may have.
