Local philanthropist Sharon Hagle, the founder of STEAM education organization SpaceKids Global (Website), and her husband, Marc, are going to space with Saturday Night Live‘s Pete Davidson this month.
The Orlando-based couple will be among six members heading up on the March 23rd Blue Origin flight including Davidson, Party America CEO Marty Allen; president of Commercial Space Technologies LLC, George Nield; and university professor Jim Kitchen. This is the fourth human flight for Blue Origin’s New Shepard program and liftoff is set for 8:30 a.m.
Marc Hagle is the president and CEO of Maitland-based real estate giant, Tricor International (Website), and is currently building one of the largest homes in the country on the shore of Lake Osceola in Winter Park, which we wrote about previously HERE.
The Hagles were among the first investors in the Virgin Galactic Future Astronaut program and are avid travelers, having made news in 2017 for purchasing tickets to visit the Titanic shipwreck site.
The Virgin Galactic space program has been delayed for years.
it figures they go on a penis shaped rocket considering their ostentatious lifestyle. Gag.
My first thought as well.
Looks like a big dildo!
