Winter Park Village announces nine new tenants at its outdoor shopping development

Outdoor shopping mall Winter Park Village (Website) has just announced the onboarding of nine new tenants at its sprawling complex located at 510 N. Orlando Avenue [GMap]. 

Casto Southeast Realty, the developer behind the project, has signed lease agreements with the following new businesses:

• Advent Health Well 65 – a primary care practice for people over the age of 65
• Ashley Snell Collection
• Bar Italia
• Chayote – a new restaurant y Puerto Rican chef Mario Pagan
• Crisp and Green – a salad and bowl chain
• Florida Cancer Specialists
• Flute’s Champagne Bar
• Jeni’s Ice Cream
• UGlow Med Spa

The deals were inked by Colliers International.

In a follow-up to a story we shared in January 2020, Ruth’s Chris Steak House will be moving into the former Pier 1 Imports space in the same shopping center. The company says it is “reimagining its culinary experience with a new flagship restaurant” in Winter Park Village.
