The Orange County Sheriff’s Office just unveiled a new video game trailer as part of its ongoing efforts to connect with local youth.
The new Mobile Video Game Theater is being billed as the first of its kind from any law enforcement agency in Florida. Used primarily for community relations and public events, the trailer is equipped with multiple gaming outlets and consoles that can accommodate up to 44 players at once and it has virtual reality stations as well.
The program launched on March 19th with a public event at Mission BBQ and will continue to make stops around various county neighborhoods for the foreseeable future.
Funds for the project came from the Sheriff’s community relations budget.
This years budget came in, let’s see how quick we can piss it away.
