Popular vegan food truck, Jacked Up Vegan (Facebook | Website) has secured a new brick-and-mortar restaurant space in Winter Park after five works of working the streets of Central Florida.

The truck, which specializes in vegan burgers and platters, shared via social media that they would be opening in the Winter Park Collective (Instagram | Facebook) at 959 W Fairbanks Avenue [GMap] – the former home of Wine Barn.

The Winter Park Collective is also home to Pizza Nova (Instagram) which will be serving up tasty plant-based pizza starting this week, and something called WPC Osteria which looks like a wine and cheese bar concept.

They are currently in a soft-open phase with hours that include noon-8 p.m. Sunday, 4-9 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday, noon-8 p.m Friday, and 6-10 pm. Saturday.

  1. Can’t believe the Wine Barn closed. I mean, when I’m looking for a nice place for a glass of wine, the first thought that pops into my head is “I wonder if there’s a barn that serves wine around here”.
