Several Ivanhoe Village-based businesses will be hosting a special community cleanup on Lake Ivanhoe on May 1st.
The cleanup event will be hosted by Boutiq Medical Clinic, The Pinery, and Epic Paddle Adventures from 9 a.m.-noon, with check-in at the Lake Ivanhoe Boat Dock. Attendees will be able to reserve a paddleboard or kayak for the event to collect litter via the lake or can stick to the land and walk the perimeter of Gaston Edwards Park.
Following the event, complimentary cocktails will be served on the porch of The Pinery, just across the street, and participants will get a voucher for a free B-12 shot from Boutiq Medical Clinic.
Participants are asked to purchase a $25 ticket as part of a donation to the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society.
