Dr. Phillips Charities, the builder behind the upcoming Packing District in the Fairvilla neighborhood just west of College Park on Orange Blossom Trail, has just announced that Orange County Brewers will be the new operator of a planned 3,600 SF microbrewery on the property.

Orange County Brewers was founded in 2016 by Jeremy Roberts in downtown Orlando (where the current Motorworks Brewing is located), before moving to Lake Mary (in Seminole County). They recently opened a space in the Orlando International Airport as well, according to a prepared statement issued earlier in the week.

The new Packing District microbrewery location will have 7-8 fermentation vessels to accommodate all beers being brewed on-site, at the upcoming Southern Box Food Hall, which we most recently wrote about HERE.

An opening timeline was not available at the time of this post, but you can see an earlier rendering below, with the brewery site to the left of the main food hall.
