Black Theatre Girl Magic (Website) will host its second annual Juneteenth Celebration on Sunday, June 19th, from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. at the Orlando Repertory Theatre to commemorate Emancipation Day.

The event will kick off with a Lunch and Learn activity at 11 a.m. featuring read-along stories about Emancipation Day, a face painting station, and live music sessions for families and attendees to participate in, along with a free BQ lunch. Reservations are required.

The evening programming will feature a Facets of Freedom: Juneteenth Celebration in Loch Haven Park from 6-10 p.m. with raffles, live performances featuring local artists, learning opportunities, and food and drink vendors from local Black-owned businesses.
