The City of Orlando will be awarding 14 grants totaling $78,000 in the second cycle of its Mayor’s Matching Grant Program for the 2021-22 Fiscal Year.

Qualifying schools and organizations can apply for matching grants of up to $10,000 and are encouraged to partner with neighborhood organizations and community groups to spread that municipal money-love even further.

This is a biannual award.

This cycle’s winners include:

  • Advent Health University – AHU Summer Science Camp 2022 – $1,500
  • ArtReach Orlando – Artists in Wondercamp 2022 – $7,000
  • Central Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America – ScoutReach – $7,000
  • Ivey Lane Estates 11 – Beautification Grant – $3,500
  • Jones High School Foundation – Concert with Orlando Philharmonic – $4,500
  • Opera Orlando – Opera Orlando Youth Company – $7,000
  • Orange County Library System – Battle Bot Robotics for Tweens and Teens – $8,000
  • Richmond Estates HOA – Entryway Sign – $2,500
  • So You Want Your Name in Lights Corp. – Youth Mentoring Programs – $6,500
  • SoDo Main Street District – Project Up – $500
  • Steinway Society of Central Florida – Piano Lesson Program – $7,500
  • University of Central Florida Foundation – GEO Bus Matching Grant – $7,000
  • Urban Think Foundation – Page 15 – $8,000
