Roughly two years after they were granted approval, Orlando Magic’s new team training center is poised to open this summer at 25 S. Terry Avenue [GMap] in the Parramore neighborhood.

According to the Magic, the center will be Central Florida’s newest destination for comprehensive pro-level care with a new 33,300 SF medical center that will include Rothman orthopedics, sports medicine and rehab, diagnostic imaging, and more. The services at the center will be personalized to athletes at every level, including professional, collegiate, amateur, and youth, all made possible with a multi-year partnership with Advent Health.

The 130,000 SF AdventHealth Training Center (Website) is privately funded to the tune of $70 million and will feature two basketball courts for the Orlando Magic to practice on, an aquatic area for physical therapy, hydrotherapy pools, sports science and nutrition facilities, hospitality areas, and workspace for the team’s front office and coaching staff.

An exact opening date was not public at the time of this post.
