Bad-ass restaurateur, John Collazo, will be opening a new restaurant concept under his Bad As’s umbrella, but this time he’s leaning into burgers rather than his popular sandwich brand.
According to a report by Faiyaz Kara for Orlando Weekly, Bad As’s Burgers (Instagram) is expected to open next month in the former home of Kathi Rolls in Curry Ford West, at 4205 Curry Ford Road [GMap].
The new concept will focus on higher-end burgers using Australian Wagyu beef, hand-cut French fries cooked in beef tallow, soft-serve ice cream and shakes, and hand pies.
