RENDERING BY BAKER BARRIOS

Acram Group (Website), a New York-based development firm, is planning a new 19-story mixed-use project in the North Quarter, just north of downtown Orlando.

The $96.5 million project is being sized up for properties at 924 and 934 N. Magnolia Avenue [GMap] just to the north of the Marks Street Senior Recreation Complex. The current buildings would be replaced with two new towers featuring 386 units.

Current plans also call for a public plaza and garden area, retail, a restaurant, a ninth-floor dog run, a breezeway linking the two buildings, and 4,170 SF of live-work space on Weber Street.

Baker Barrios is contracted for the designs.

There is no finite timeline for this project as it is still in the early stages of approvals with the City of Orlando.
