According to a release issued by the City of Orlando earlier today, due to a system upgrade, the services outlined below will be unavailable beginning Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 5 p.m. through Monday, June 27, 2022, at 7 a.m.

The following permitting, code enforcement, and planning-related online services will be unavailable during the period outlined above:

  • check permit status
  • code enforcement case lookup
  • reporting a code violation
  • making payments
  • scheduling inspections
  • ProjectDox services (drawing and document uploads)

In addition, the permitting Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system will be unavailable along with the Selectext option, which allows the scheduling of inspections via text messages.

Payment for business tax receipts and certificates of use will also be unavailable.
